Sharing this for families that are interested in a running program for students. This is not a district program but is available for our students if you are interested.
The Healthy Kids Running Series is coming to Centennial Park in May. If you have not ever seen it or had your own kids participate it's a really fun event. Starting at age 2 all the way up to 8th grade, kids participate in a running series on the 5 Sundays in May. Each division runs a different distance and is a great way to get kids out to the park and be active.
